hello.

Identity is a complicated thing, isn’t it? Life’s experiences can mould and change us. Change who we thought we were, who others know us to be. Don’t underestimate both the beauty and the pain that come with a challenging life event that requires you to re-calibrate and ask who am I now?!

I strive for authentic living and have been through my fair share of hardships trying to figure out what that means. It’s a work in progress everyday and there is no greater honour than to be able to accompany someone on the journey back to themselves or in helping someone discover who they truly are for the first time.

While we are all more than a collection of ideas or stereotypes, I, like you, am many different things to many different people. So, who am I?

Canadian with East coaster roots. Life long vegetarian. Occasional bacon bit indulger. Walking Contradiction. Survivor. Latin dancer. Traveler. Big picture thinker with a knack for details. Poverty statistic trying not to be. Learner of Español. Struggling Vipassana meditator. Dog Mom. Multipotentialite. Maker of pottery. Helper. Therapist.

My passion for therapy comes from my own personal experience with health challenges, grief and loss, navigating complex relationships, engaging in a nomadic life, and always trying my hardest to make the best of the worst.

Please be sure to read more about my qualifications and don’t hesitate to call to find out if we’d be a good match.

“Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”

— Brené Brown
